Cristiano Ronaldo has consolidated himself as one of the greatest players of all time, due to his record breakers, and all the titles he has won through the last several years, and also, because of his great sense of entrepreneurship with his company: CR7 S.A.

Cristiano Ronaldo has many businesses throughout Europe, from his own hotel centers, Pestana CR7; hair transplant clinics, Insparya;his gym physical centers, CR7 Fitness; and even his own mineral water company named URSU9. But now, Ronaldo wants to stay out of the luxuries and contribute to his community in Lisbon, Portugal.

The striker of Al-Nassr has won a licitation contest, created by the Portuguese Padel Federation, to construct one of the biggest padel recreation centers with 17 padel courts that will extend for 15 thousand square meters, and will be located at the suburbs of Lisbon, in the small city of Oeiras.

Padel City”, as the project is called, will be open for everyone in the spring of 2025. CR7 S.A. and Lusofinança (another Portuguese company that will join forces with Cristiano Ronald) are expected to make an investment of 5 million euros (5.5 mdlls). Words from the Portuguese Padel Federation, Ricardo Oliveira, says it will be a world reference point for this sport and also a must visit place.

It is an example for all. There is no more dedicated and committed professional in world sport than him.”, Ricardo Oliveira said.

Great numbers for Ronaldo

The Al-Nassr star, besides getting big amounts of euros paid in the Saudi Arab Pro League team, Ronaldo will increase his incomes with the opening of the next “Padel City''. It is well known that CR7 is the top athlete in the world to have more incomes outside the pitch than inside, with a net worth valued at 90 million dollars per year, according to Forbes.

With the creation of Padel City, Portugal will see an increase of athletes that will play this sport. Eleven years ago, there were only eleven clubs and oa dozen of players, nowadays, there are more than 300 thousand teams, eleven thousand federated athletes and more than 25 thousand non-professional players.
