Manager's contract with Real Madrid runs out at the end of the season. Reports say he will take over Brazil's National Team but an unexpected possibility has emerged now.

The future of one of the best managers of the last 30 years is still uncertain. Carlo Ancelotti has said in the past that his will is to respect his contract with Real Madrid. His current contract will keep him at ‘Los Blancos’ until the end of the season, after some succesful years in his last spell in Spain: he won La Liga, Copa del Rey, Spanish Supercup, Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and Club World Cup.

Reports from Brazil suggested in the past that he will take over Brazil's National Team when the current season reaches its end and manage Brazil in the next Copa America and World Cup. However there are rumours that his managerial career could take another unexpected turn.

Ancelotti has always explained that he will not talk about Brazil's links because he respects Real Madrid and his will is to stay at least until the end of the season. He has also shown a lot of support and belief in Real Madrid's current players ahead of a very challenging year. Their objective remains to be: try to win all the competitions in Spain and try to reach a new Champions League final.

Carlo Ancelotti could renew his contract at Real Madrid

‘El Chiringuito’ has now reported that there are some rumours that Ancelotti could stay as Real Madrid's manager beyond this season. Reports from Spain suggest that if a new contract is offered to Ancelotti, he'd be happy to extend his stay at Real Madrid.
