The most anticipated news by Major League Soccer fans has finally been confirmed, as it seemed that it was only a matter of time. Luis Suarez has arrived as a new Inter Miami player, thus, the Uruguayan reunites with his best friend Lionel Messi, with whom he won everything at FC Barcelona.

Before the club confirmed it, this is what Fabrizio Romano said: “Luis Suárez has signed the formal contract as a new Inter Miami player! Everything done and sealed. It will be official soon, everything completed with a one-year contract plus the option of an additional season valid until 2025... Messi, Suárez, Busquets, Alba are together again. Here we go, confirmed”

However, not everything is being happy for Inter Miami and for Lionel Messi, since just a few days ago the physical state of Luis Suarez was revealed, and it is a reality that he arrives diminished and suffering, in fact, he himself confessed it in an interview.

What did Suarez say?

“On the outside of my knee I have tension that I had left from surgery in 2020 when I was in Barcelona. In the last stage of recovery, the pandemic came and I had to do exercises on my own and I couldn't finish stretching my knee. On the inside I have cartilage wear and that hits the bone. It doesn't generate liquid because I couldn't even move it, but it gets stuck and I can't even bend it. The nights before the games I take three pills and before the game I inject myself with an anti-inflammatory, if I don't do that I can't play.”
