According to Diario AS, the injury appears to be more serious than initially thought. The Spanish media outlet reports that Vinicius has suffered a hamstring tear in his right leg, which would likely keep him out of action for around 4 to 5 weeks.
As a result, the former Flamengo player will miss the upcoming match against Getafe and will not travel to Brazil for the World Cup qualifiers.
