Cristiano Ronaldo and Al Nassr are champions of the Arab Champions Cup.

Yesterday, Saturday, August 12, Cristiano Ronaldo got his first trophy since his arrival at Al Nassr in January of this year. Al Nassr beat the powerful Al-Hilal by a score of 2-1, with two goals from Cristiano Ronaldo, one in regulation time and one in extra time.

Now, after winning the tournament, the question arises, who has more titles between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, and how many are they from each other? The Portuguese has a total of 35 titles, winning 1 with Sporting Lisbon, 10 with Manchester United, 16 with Real Madrid, 5 with Juventus, 2 with Portugal, and now 1 with Al Nassr.

Lionel Messi, for his part, has a total of 42 official titles. The Argentine has added 35 with FC Barcelona, three with PSG, three with the Argentine national team, one with the Argentine under-20 team and another with the under-23 team. That is to say, Cristiano Ronaldo needs 7 titles to at least reach Lionel Messi.

Lionel Messi, close to winning the Leagues Cup:

Inter Miami is in the semifinals of the Leagues Cup, and a ticket will be played with the Philadelphia Union for the grand final, which will be against Monterrey or against Nashivlle. Thus, Lionel Messi is two games away from being able to add his title number 43.
