Funes Mori is having a great season at Rayados de Monterrey where he was able to win the Liga MX. The current striker from Monterrey would have offers from MLS teams to arrive as a franchise player. Gerardo Martino, coach of the Mexico national team, asked him to become a Mexican national so that he can play for the Mexican national team.

Funes Mori's numbers at Rayados de Monterrey are amazing and that is why Inter Miami would be interested in signing the Argentine player. Another team that would be interested is Atlanta United since it considers that it can take advantage of the number of Argentines that are in its squad to promote Funes Mori

Rogelio Funer Mori has a contract with Rayados de Monterrey until 2024 and has a millionaire exit clause. The MLS team that wants to acquire Funes Mori will have to pay about $ 24 million. It seems a difficult figure to pay but there would be clubs that would be talking with Funer Mori and Monterrey so that the transfer can be made for less than 10 million dollars.

Funes Mori already had his time in soccer in the United States as he was the winner of the Dream MLS 2008. At that time Funes Mori lived in Dallas with his family and signed up for reality with his twin brother. After winning the contest, Funes Mori went on to play for the Argentine River Plate team and then in Europe.
