Roberto Carlos' intimate confession about Ronaldo Nazario

Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima, or simply Ronaldo, is one of the most important players in the history of soccer. For this reason, any activity that he carries out's always echoed in the press globally. Especially his last adventure in Spanish football, where he has been the owner of Real Valladolid for more than two seasons. This new facet of the Fenómeno was brought to the world of streaming through the documentary series "Ronaldo: El Presidente". 

There were several characters linked to the life of the remembered striker who participated in this report, which was released this week through the DAZN platform. During the first episodes, Roberto Carlos appears on the scene, who recounted some hitherto unknown events of his years of coexistence with the Fenómeno.

“I slept more times with Ronaldo than with my own wife. I did everything with Ronaldo. With and without limits (…) since 1993 he is my brother. everything that Ronaldo does, he does well ”, said the Brazilian who had a missile in his left leg. The physical factor was always a weak point in Ronaldo's career. In this sense, Roberto Carlos revealed that the famous '9' suffered a lot with the preseason, something that on his part he did enjoy.

“I perfectly understand (the players). The preseason always for me ... Every day of the holidays I thought about the preseason. I couldn't stop thinking about her and the anguish that came just thinking about the preseason. Ronaldo always loved the atmosphere of football. But these preseason intensives of 27, 30 days, for him it was the worst thing that existed", he explained.

Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos not only shared the Brazilian team for many years. At the club level, they met at Real Madrid, forming part of the famous Los Galacticos team, where the superstars of the moment Zinedine Zidane, David Beckham and Luis Figo were also present.
