Last summer, Al Nassr defeated Al Hilal 2-1 in the Arab Club Champions Cup final, where Ronaldo scored a brace. Al Hilal took the lead in the 51st minute but Ronaldo equalized in the 74th minute and scored in the 98th minute of extra-time. The Portuguese star and his team believed this was a hint of what was to come, but it would be the only victory they had over Al Hilal this season as the next two games did not go well.
