The International Federation of Associated Soccer (FIFA) began selling so-called 'hospitality packages' for the Qatar Soccer World Cup 2022, which will take place between November 21 and December 18 of next year. These exclusive tickets are sold through its Hospitality platform and include, in addition to tickets to access the tournament matches, benefits such as accommodation, transfer and exclusive seats for the games of the buyer's choice, as well as catering service.

These packages can be purchased in three modes: per match, which as the name implies, are valid for a single match, per stadium, which includes all the matches played in the same venue and per team, which is not yet available to lack of knowing the classified teams. The cheapest package costs $ 950 and includes entry to a match in the first phase, dinner, drinks, service before and after the match, parking and a commemorative gift.

The Pearl Lounge option costs $ 4,950, and includes more benefits, as well as tickets to group stage, round of 16 and quarter-final matches. The price of this package increases from the semifinals, ranging from 6,700 to 34,300 dollars. Finally, the most exclusive package, whose cost is 74,200 dollars  is called Private Suite and includes twelve games at the Lusail Stadium (eight in the group phase, one in the eighth, one in quarterfinals, one in semifinals and the final) .

FIFA has ensured that later they will put cheaper tickets on sale without so many luxuries. They have also stressed that, so far, only from their Hospitality website are these packages and other tickets for the Qatar World Cup being sold. On the launch day of the packages, Fifa´s director of business revenue said they are surprised to see such extraordinary interest in the World Cup, in difficult times, and that unprecedented anticipation is building, after the first days of sales of these lush and expensive packages.
