Lots of people love or dislike Tom Brady and Cristiano Ronaldo given they are two true legends in sports. Both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Juventus striker are among the greatest of all time in NFL and soccer respectively. But if there’s something nobody can discuss about them is the way they take care of their bodies and playing at top form being 43 and 36 years old respectively. Diet is an essential point.

Surprisingly, Brady has his own nutrition regimen. Every meal is frozen and ready to be eaten after just a few minutes in the microwave. His diet includes plants and lean proteins, and he doesn't touch tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, flour, sugar, dairy, or coffee, as reported by Insider.com’s Annetta Konstantinides.

Cristiano Ronaldo uses to have ham, cheese and low calorie yogurt for breakfast, then chicken and salad for lunch. As a meal in the afternoon, he has fish with vegetables, later, toast with avocado and some fruit. His dinner consists in fish or red meat with salad, divided in two separate parts.

He goes to bed early and gets up early, especially before games. Sleeping helps muscles recover, which is really important. He sleeps eight hours apart from taking five 15-minute naps per day. They are both legends in their sports, Brady is on the verge of winning his seventh Super Bowl in his 10th appearance. Yes, their body is their key.
