Raúl Jiménez thrills Mexico and Wolverhampton after an extraordinary gesture with a fan

Lots of people in Mexico as well as in many other countries in the world are deesupporting Raul Jiménez on his way back to the field after the serious injury, he suffered in November playing for the English Premier League against Arsenal. The Mexican striker had his skull fractured after colliding in the air with David Luiz.

After spending five days in hospital the 29-year-old finally was released and started a long way to recovery. Now he has resumed training indoor and he is about to rejoin his teammates training outdoors. Both Jiménez and Wolverhampton Wanderers coach Nuno Espírito Santo are optimistic to see him back season.

In the middle he receives lots of supporting messages every day. But also, he received an incredibly special one with a little request from a boy named Diego Martínez Vázquez. He introduced himself, he is from Caxixi, Hidalgo state, and lost his arms after suffering an electric shock at work. He thanked his parents for supporting him and asked for a little message from Jiménez for his father’s upcoming birthday.

Immediately, Jiménez asked Diego for his father’s named and sent back a video with a happy birthday wish. He said: “Mr José Luis, I wish you a happy birthday, and thanks for your support and for everything you’ve done for your son. He told me you admire me, now I admire you too”. Raúl Jiménez has a big boost of motivation.
