Lionel Messi has scored plenty of goals during his professional career. Since he was very young, he scored with his left foot, with the right one, with his head, his chest and almost every part of his body possible. Every time he scored, the Argentinian legend pointed the sky with his finger and looked upwards.

That gesture was repeated by Messi since he was very young. His goals at FC Barcelona when he was a wonder kid already showed that celebration, that firstly surprised everyone and then caused emotion. The reason of that gesture has to do with a special dedication to a person that he loves.

We are talking about his grandmother Celia Oliveira Cuccittini. He died many years ago and, to remember her, the historical no. 10 decided to pay tribute every time he scores. She was the one who insisted on that Messi should be a soccer player, despite he didn’t have the conditions when he was a boy as he was very small and specialists thought he won’t be successful.

Messi is now working on his future, as he could be leaving the club of his life after 20 years. He joined as a youngster to La Masía and, after all this time he wants to leave. Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City are the two clubs with more chances on convincing him to move after the expiry of his contract, on June 2021.
