Lionel Messi wants to leave FC Barcelona. The bomb exploded last year, but ex-president Josep María Bartomeu decided to refuse the Argentine idol the possibility to leave and obliged him to stay at Barça. But things have now changed and the contract of the attacker will expire on June 2021, the reason why he could leave.

At his 33 years, Messi declared that he was not going to negotiate with any other club until his contract ended. But times passes and there are already some hints about where he could be playing. For real, there are just a few clubs in the world that can afford to pay the salary of the historical no. 10 and those are Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City and the MLS.

Journalist Geoffroy Garétier from Canal + revealed that Messi and his family, including his wife Antonela Roccuzzo and his sons, Thiago, Mate and Ciro, are all learning to talk French, which would be the first indication from the playmaker that he will be moving to PSG in a couple of months.

Messi plays for Barcelona since he was 13 years old, when he joined La Masía. After more than 20 years, he considered that the club doesn’t have an interesting sport project and is thinking that a move in the end of his career is his best option. If things advance this way, he could reunite with Neymar at the Parisian side to shape a dream team.
