Plan B of PSG and Neymar in case Messi tells them no

Neymar needed only one season to realize that he loves playing with Lionel Messi and he started to regret his decision. The rumors said that he would return to Spain but with FC Barcelona under a huge crisis, maybe they could be together in Paris. But PSG does not care about the friendship, they want another star.

Who could be this star if Messi tells them no? His compatriot Paulo Dybala. Probably the most similar player to Lio in the entire world. He is really comfortable at Juventus right know but PSG can make him a huge offer and secure him a starter position. What would he decide?

Paris Saint Germain president has an incredible amount of money so they can offer whatever they want to any player. Would it be better to have Messi on his last years of his career or to sign Paulo, who is only 27 years old and has a lot to give. 

There is a problem with that question. PSG knows that his main competition is the Champions League and if they do not compete, Neymar or Kylian Mbappe could end up leaving. That’s why they want to make Ney happy and bring Messi to the club, so they stay until they win an important trophy.
