James Rodríguez was one of the most polemic transfer that Real Madrid agreed so far. The Colombian playmaker was many times praised by the Galacticos fans but Zinedine Zidane decided to axe him and Florentino Pérez agreed to let him out for free to Everton.

Real Madrid paid for him $75 million on July 2014 and left him out, first on a loan to Bayern Munich for $15 million, and then on a permanent move, to Everton. The Premier League side took advantage of the situation and helped the skilled midfielder to get back to his greatest form.

Nowadays, there is another talent from Real Madrid that could go through the same process. He is Isco, the midfielder that Zidane hasn’t been using in the last time. On the Champions League, the Spanish has only played 13 minutes on five games, against Shakhtar Donetsk on the defeat of his team.

It is rumored that Isco could be moving to Everton in a similar transfer than the one of James Rodríguez. As his contract ends on June 2022, and he doesn’t want to renew, due to the lack of minutes he plays, the club is seriously thinking on let him out for free. If such a thing happens again, Real Madrid will be losing a talent player worth a fortune.
