Yesterday, FC Barcelona defeated Real Valladolid 3-0 away and the highlight was Lionel Messi's goal. It was the 644th he scored for the Cules and officially broke the record Pele set for Santos 46 years ago, of being the player with most goals scored with one shirt. And he will wear something to celebrate it.

After some exchanged messages on Instagram between the Argentinian and the Brazilian, Lionel Messi asked Adidas to make him new boots to celebrate the new record. So he will openly celebrate it in his next match, where FC Barcelona will face Eibar at Camp Nou next week.

And Adidas made public how these special boots will be. They will have graved the names of his three sons and the dates they were born, plus the name of his wife. In the left boot, Ciro and Antonela. In the right boot, Thiago and Mateo. And of course, the number 644 and his signature.

Next Tuesday will be a special moment at his favorite stadium, where he will wear a sign of his soccer dominance and a tribute to all the goals scored for 15 years. Surely, the club is already preparing something else to congratulate the best player FC Barcelona has ever had.
