The world keeps crying to Maradona. In United States, a lot of famous cry to Maradona. One of them was

Jozy Altidore, by Twitter, wrote: "Rest In Peace to an icon" with a photo (Maradona and the World Cup). Altidore plays in Toronto since 2015. He also played in New York Red Bull, Villareal (Spain) and Sunderland (England). Bojan Krkic (Montreal Impact) also did a post: "Maradona made football more beautiful than it already is. That's something only geniuses do. Getting to meet him was a real treat. RIP".

Another player, Maxi Moralez who plays in New York City, pays tribute to Maradona: "Not even the most immortal has life assured, I hope now if you rest in peace GENIO (genius), Argentina is you !! RIP Diego". Diego Valeri, another argentinian player, wrote: "Eternal cosmic keg".

On the other hand, David Beckham, Inter Miami owner, did a long post by Instagram: "A sad day for Argentina and a sad day for football as we celebrate the greatness of what this man gave us... Someone that played with passion, spirit and was nothing less than a pure genius .. I was so excited to meet Diego and we will all miss him ���� Rest In Peace ����". Maradona and Beckham had a good relationship, in an occasion, Maradona uploaded a photograph of his meeting with Beckham.

Finally, Mike Tyson who had a very good relationship to the point that Diego Maradona invited Mike Tyson to his program, La Noche del Diez, in 2005. Tyson, by Twitter, did a post with these words: "The Hand of God, Maradona has left us. In 86 we both won our championships. They use to compare the two of us. He was one of my hero’s and a friend. I respected him so much. He will be greatly missed".
