A battle between CONMEBOL and MLS broke out with the news that MLS teams would not be required to loan their players to national groups, with the CONMEBOL countries being the most affected. For this reason, the South American entity decided to file a claim, which will be determined by the right organization.
CONMEBOL presented the claim to FIFA, who will decide whether MLS should be obliged to lend its players to the South American national teams, which, in the Peruvian Soccer Team, needs several tournament players.
It is expected that in the coming days, CONMEBOL will have a response from FIFA with the decision that can benefit or go against the interests of MLS, responding to the claims of clubs that do not want to lose their players for several weeks.
